  4. What is ACC 97?
  5. ---------------
  6. Auto Care Center 97 v 1.2 is designed to assist you
  7. in keep track of your automobile maintenance information.
  8.  
  9. This application will store detailed information
  10. about your Automobiles, allow you to store USER-DEFINED
  11. Tasks, Major Repair information, and Miles Per Gallon
  12. calculations for each Automobile.
  13.  
  14. The program also includes a "Tasks To Do" section, 
  15. it automatically informs you of any TASKS 
  16. that need to be to be completed, a Master Task List
  17. for the ease of adding TASKS to all Automobiles, 
  18. detailed Reports, METRIC measurement support 
  19. (Kilometers and Liters), and it runs on the Win95/NT
  20. TaskBar for easy access.

  22. For ACC 97 1.1 users, there is an EXPORT utility to
  23. bring your data over to the new version.

  26. Installation:

  28. Run setup.exe, and follow the prompts.  That's it!

  31. Registering Auto Care Center 97 v 1.2:

  33. Please read the following instructions to register Auto Care Center 97.

  36. 1. Please send e-mail to islander@mindspring.com,
  37. and put "Register ACC 97 v1.2" in the SUBJECT line.
  38.  
  39. 2. You will then be added to the list of registered users,
  40. and will receive via e-mail the information on where to 
  41. send the $15.00 US registration fee (check or money order ONLY please)
  42.  
  43. 3. Once the registration fee is received, you will receive
  44. the registration code via e-mail.
  45.  
  46. 4. To register the software, enter the code you received into 
  47. the Registration Form in Auto Care Center 97.  To get to the 
  48. Registration Form, Click on Help -> Register ACC 97 while running
  49. the program.
